ஏற்காடு பொதுத் தொழிலாளர் சங்கம் , இந்திய தொழிற்சங்க சட்டம் 1926-ன் கீழ் 20/07/2006 அன்று அதிகாரப்பூர்வமாக பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட ஒரு தொழிலாளர் சங்கமாகும். இச்சங்கம், தொழிலாளர்களின் சமூக, பொருளாதார நலன்களை மேம்படுத்தும் நோக்குடன் தொடங்கப்பட்டு, தொடர்ச்சியாகவும் உறுதியாகவும் செயல்பட்டு வருகிறது. இது ஒரு சட்டப்பூர்வமான அமைப்பாக மட்டுமல்லாமல், ஒரு சமூக மாற்ற இயக்கமாகவும் விளங்குகிறது.

தமிழ்நாடு கட்டுமான தொழிலாளர்களுக்கான அரசு நலத்திட்டங்களை எளிதாக பெற எங்கள் சங்கத்தில் சேருங்கள்.
1. கல்வி உதவித்தொகை
- • 6ம் - 9ம் வகுப்பு: ரூ.1,000/-
- • 10ம் வகுப்பு (பெண்): ரூ.2,400/-
- • 11ம், 12ம் வகுப்பு (பெண்): ரூ.3,000/-
- • கல்லூரி பயில : ரூ.5,000/- to ரூ.50,000/-
2. திருமண உதவித்தொகை
- • ஆண் மற்றும் பெண் தொழிலாளர்களுக்காக - ரூ.20,000/-
3. மகப்பேறு உதவித்தொகை
- • மகப்பேறு - ரூ.18,000/-

6. வீட்டு வசதி திட்டம்
- • சொந்த இடத்தில் வீடு கட்டுதல்
